“Nightshift” — 60s brand film for a European energy drink
Shot over two nights across a working freight depot and a closed municipal pool, entirely on available sodium light with a single fast prime. The brief asked for grit without misery; we built the whole film around one continuous camera move that hands off between three characters, so the edit has no cuts to hide behind. AI came in only at the end — sky replacement on two plates and a clean-up pass on a logo that couldn't be cleared. Delivered in 14 formats from 60-second hero down to a six-second bumper, all conformed from a single grade. It ran across four markets and became the client's best-performing spot on completion rate.

“Paper Cities” — a five-minute generative short
An experiment that turned into a commission. We wrote a script about a cartographer who keeps redrawing a city that no longer exists, then built every exterior with generative models trained on our own location stills so the architecture stayed consistent across 40 shots. The performances are real: one actor, one day, one green cyclorama. The interesting part was continuity discipline — a shot bible, seed locking, and a hand-painted grade over the top to force a single film stock feel onto material that had none. It screened at two festivals and is now the reference we show any client asking what AI can honestly do.

“Ninety Ways” — a vertical campaign built as a production line
A skincare brand needed a year of short-form output without a year of shoot days. We designed a modular set — four backdrops, three lighting states, one talent rotation — and shot 90 finished verticals in three days. Each piece was scripted to a distinct three-second hook, captioned in four languages using a dubbing pipeline we built in-house, and versioned automatically for each platform's safe zones. Cost per finished asset fell by roughly two-thirds against their previous agency, and the client now runs the same template themselves between our shoots.

Instead of making small adjustments, we reconsidered how the website should look, how visitors move through it, and how the content is presented.
